Our Mission

Claude B. Gingras

The mission of Ginsberg Gingras & Associates Inc. is to assist debtors who are experiencing financial difficulties, to respect their values and rights while insuring that rights and interests of their creditors are also respected.

The principles of our mission statement are reviewed and implemented with all levels of our staff through regular meetings.

The policies of our firm, with respect to client relations, are varied due to the nature of the services we provide and our obligations to adhere to the professional ethics and conduct established by the office of the Superintendent of Bankrupties.

Notwithstading these obligations, we recognize that all clients must be treated with respect and dignity regardless of their financial status.
