Our Mission

The mission of Ginsberg Gingras & Associates Inc is to assist debtors experiencing financial difficulties and respect their values and rights while insuring that the rights and interests of their creditors are also respected.

The principles of our mission statement are reviewed and implemented at all staff levels through regular meetings.

Our firm’s policies regarding client relations are varied due to the nature of the services we provide and our obligations to adhere to the professional ethics and conduct established by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy.
